GwendolineOUTTENAgnes Following the death of her adored Mother, Gwendoline Agnes Outten, Astrid wishes to extend her heartfelt thanks to the Medical Staff and Chaplaincy Team at Broomfield Hospital for the care and compassion received by her dear Mother during her final weeks, all who kindly sent cards, letters and messages of condolence, made donations to RNLI, attended a most moving funeral service thoughtfully undertaken by Chelmsford Star Co-operative Funeral Services; Fr. Tom Page and Ven. Michael Fox for their assistance and support and to Fr. Leslie Rogers for leading an affectionate and dignified service of reflection upon and thanksgiving for her dearest Mother's earthly life. Kindly accept this as the only but most deeply grateful acknowledgement.
